Purpose: Provides the knowledge and skills for employment in entry level positions that support end users of technology in a networked environment. Students will learn the essential components and functioning of the hardware and software used in PC clients, servers and network hardware. In addition, skills in specific desktop applications, interpersonal relations and customer service will be covered.
