General Admission
The regular admission process is designed for students who are attending college for the first time and are planning on completing a degree or most of their general coursework to transfer to another college.
Admission Steps
- Complete the online application and pay the $20 application fee.
- Submit your high school transcript or GED certificate if you have graduated within the past 5 years.
- Complete the Inver Hills Assessments in Math and English.
- Receive an acceptance letter in the mail providing instructions on completing the online orientation.
- Complete the online orientation and sign up for a campus advising and registration session.
Special Admission
There are special requirements for admission into the Nursing and Emergency Medical Services Programs. To get more information about how to apply to these programs, contact an Admission Representative at (651) 450-3000.
