Drug and Alcohol - Free Campus Policy

The possession, use, and sale of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are prohibited on the college campus or during any college sponsored activity either on or off campus. Violations, including "underage" drinking, are of serious concern and are aggressively addressed either through the College's Code of Conduct for Student Behavior, applicable employee bargaining unit agreements or state statutes and federal laws.

Education programs in the areas of alcohol and drug abuse are available on campus. Referrals to counseling and health agencies will be made for individuals needing rehabilitation or treatment. Measures of rehabilitation may be required for continuing association with the college. The college's Drug and Alcohol-Free Campus policy outlines compliance measures. Complete copies of the policy are available in the Library and Health Service.
