Inver Hills Community College adheres to all provisions of the Minnesota Clean Air Act. Use of all tobacco products is prohibited in college buildings and in college-owned or leased vehicles. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas. This policy applies to students, employees and visitors. Penalties for non-compliance are explained in the college Code of Conduct.
