Don Tompkins Memorial Scholarship

Doug Knapp Memorial Scholarship

Eagan Rotary Scholarship

Elaine Lucking Memorial Scholarship
Fall and spring; demonstrated interest in business with a marketing or sales emphasis and evidence of well- formulated academic and career goals; special consideration for financial need; cumulative grade-point average of 2.00 or higher; $500


Ellen McGee Scholarship

Eva Morgan Scholarship
Fall and spring; must live south of College Trail (southern boundary of the Inver Hills campus); special consideration for financial need; cumulative g.p.a. of 3.00 or higher; $500


Flint Hills STEM Scholarship
Fall and spring; full or part time; science, technology, engineering and math students. (Does not include health care practitioner.) Cumulative g.p.a. of 3.0 or higher; $1250 to $2500


Forrest Glewwe Golf Tournament Scholarship
Fall and spring; evidence of clear career goals; special consideration for financial need; special consideration for challenging life circumstances; demonstrated academic achievement; $500 to $1,000


Frank Mitchell Memorial Scholarship
Fall only; pursuing a degree in business; evidence of well-formulated career goals in business, sales, or marketing; $250


GED Scholarship
Fall semester; student must submit GED examinee form with test scores; evidence of academic achievement, leadership and volunteerism; consideration for financial need and life circumstances.

George A. Slipka Accounting Scholarship
Full-year (fall-spring) for two years; full or part time; pursuing a two-year or four-year accounting degree; evidence of clear career goals; special consideration for financial need; evidence of community service, leadership, or previous work experience; minimum of parttime employment while enrolled; maintain 3.00 g.p.a. and progress toward an accounting degree for renewal the following term; full scholarship up to $5,000 annually (awarded by semester for tuition and books only)

Kopp Investment Advisors Presidential Scholarship
Fall and spring; full or part time; evidence of well-formulated academic and career goals; special consideration for financial need; special consideration for extraordinary life challenges; cumulative g.p.a. of 2.00 or higher; $500 to $1,000 (tuition only)


LeRoy Nelson Nursing Scholarship
Fall or spring; student must have been admitted into the nursing program; demonstrated academic achievement; consideration for financial need and life circumstances; special

Phuong Nguyen Memorial Scholarship
Fall or spring; student must be enrolled in accounting or business program; evidence of academic achievement, leadership and volunteerism; consideration for financial need and life circumstances. $1000-$500


Robert and Alexandra Klas Endowed Scholarship
Fall and spring; evidence of clear academic and career goals; special consideration for fi nancial need; demonstrated academic achievement. Award amount varies.


Ruth Gessner Memorial Scholarship
Fall or spring; student must be enrolled in coursework in developmental reading or writing and show satisfactory progress. One of the letters of recommendation must come from the instructor of the reading or writing class. Consideration for campus or community service, financial need and extraordinary life circumstances. Amount varies.


SKB Environmental Rosemount Community Trust Scholarship

Fall and spring; 5 credits minimum; special consideration for financial need; must be Rosemount resident; up to $1,000 full time, $500 part time (tuition only)


Student Scholarship+ Program Scholarship
Full-year (fall-spring); full or part time both terms; at least half of credits must be in degree courses (numbered 1000 or higher); special consideration for financial need; cumulative g.p.a. of 3.00 or higher to qualify and for spring semester renewal; $1,000 to $2,000 (one-half awarded per semester)


Terri Kroshus Memorial Scholarship
Fall or spring; student must be enrolled in accounting or business program; evidence of academic achievement, leadership and volunteerism; consideration for financial need and life circumstances. $1000-$500

 

Veterans Scholarship
Fall or spring: full or part time: available for veterans or persons currently serving in the military; evidence of clear career goals; special consideration for financial need; special consideration for challenging life circumstances; cumulative g.p.a. of 2.00 or higher; amount varies.


Thomson Reuters STEM Scholarship
Fall and spring; full or part time; science, technology, engineering and math students. (Does not include health care practitioner.) Demonstrated academic achievement; $1000-$2000

 

Veterans Club-Carol Juers Memorial Scholarship
Fall or spring; full or part time; for veteran, spouse of veteran or child of veteran; evidence of clear career goals, financial need, challenging life circumstances, academic achievement, leadership and volunteerism. Applicant must describe in the “life circumstances” portion of the essay if they are a veteran, married to veteran, or a child of a veteran to be eligible to receive this scholarship; $250

Adult Success Through Accelerated Programs (ASAP)
Available to students who are currently enrolled in this program. See the ASAP website for more details at www/inverhills.edu/ASAP. Application available in ASAP office.

 

Debi Malicki Memorial Scholarship
Fall or spring; at least two semesters of mathematics at IHCC; registered for at least 6 credits; must have taken at least one developmental MATH class (numbered below 1000) and has
demonstrated success in at least one college level math course; minimum of 12 IHCC credits completed; cumulative gradepoint average of 3.20 or higher; $500 to $1,000

 

Dennis Anderson Memorial Scholarship
Fall and spring; Phi Theta Kappa member in good standing; special consideration for fi nancial need; $500 to $1,000 (tuition or books)

 

Nursing Scholarship
Fall or spring (awarded only once per year); third- or fourth semester nursing student; special consideration for financial need; special consideration for single parent; cumulative g.p.a.
of 3.00 or higher; $1,000

 

President's Emerging Leader Scholarship
Full-year (fall-spring); full time; evidence of exemplary leadership experience and qualities and future
leadership goals; evidence of clear career goals; letter of nomination from IHCC faculty/adviser/administrator; $1000 (one-half awarded per semester)
