Subject Directories: Library

Many university libraries review, collect, and organize material into subject guides so it may be more easily found and used for research. Below are two examples.

University of California, Riverside's Infomine

IHCC Library's Internet Resources
Research Resources page

These highlight Internet resources on selected topics.

They provide links to online sites in a subject.

The material selected for inclusion has been reviewed by librarians and is usually annotated. They are added to and updated by IHCC librarians (as time permits)

Other excellent library subject directories:  AcademicInfo.net, Librarians' Index to the Internet (lli.org), Social Science Information Gateway (sosig.ac.uk), and Michigan Electronic Library (mel.lib.mi.us)
