Online Forms for Faculty

The following are online forms useful for the administrative duties of a faculty member. They reside within the Inver Hills intranet, VIC, and will require you to authenticate yourself with your network login prior to gaining access.

Change GradeAn external link Use this form to change the grade of a student.
Incomplete GradingAn external link Use this form to assign an Incomplete grade to a student, identifying the remaining coursework and deadline.
Internship RegistrationAn external link Use this form to register an internship eligible for credit.
Late RegistrationAn external link Use this form to accomodate a student's request for late registration.
Optional GradingAn external link Use this form to assign optional grading (Regular, Pass/Fail, or Audit) to a student in your class.
Prerequisite OverrideAn external link Use this form to waive a prerequisite to your class.
