REGISTRATION DESK
INSTRUCTIONS
(1-07)
Volunteers, please read entire page.
REGISTRATION: Please simply have students sign up and put on a name tag.
The name tag should have at least a first name on it--it is their
"entrance badge" for getting into sessions.
Then hand them the appropriate Schedule.
(There are 2 types of schedulessee below for which one to give
students.)
If
you see people with no name tag, please ask them if they have registered.
It helps to have the registration tables very close to where people walk
in, and sometimes to have a person standing on the other side of the walking
area, across from the registration table.
TWO
TYPES of SCHEDULES: There are two
types of schedules, as follows (with a Student Planner Page on top of
both):
"Complete Schedule" for
Day Students9-11 pp. (5-6 sheets)
for daytime use (and leftovers are for evening use)
(includes both day & evening schedulesthe whole thing)
"Evening Schedule" for
Night Students3 pp. (2 sheets)
for evening use only
(includes only events after
Please
give the day schedule only to the day people, and the evening schedule is for
the evening people.
EXTRA
STUDENT PLANNERS:
A few students may have their own "Long Schedules" from the Web.
If so, their schedules will not workthere are no room numbers
on them! Ask them to register and
get a new schedule.
KEYS
& ROOMS: All HH & B rooms (except labs) are supposed to be kept unlocked 7:45
am-2 pm and 5-6 pm. However, if a
speaker is locked out of a Heritage Hall room, the following people do have keys
to almost all rooms:
