*Any late rental returns will be DOUBLE the daily rate, per item, per day.
*Reservations: Three weeks advance is the maximum for reservations. All rentals must be paid for at time of reservation.
*Cleaning: A fee will be accessed for rentals requiring cleaning and or drying.
*Eligibility: Current students, staff, faculty and alumni of Inver Hills Community College are eligible to rent equipment from the Outdoor Rental Center. A current student ID or valid identification is required. Community members may rent, but will be assessed a higher fee.
*Cancellations: you must notify by noon the day before checkout date, rain checks are available or refunds will be handled through the college business office.
*Rates: The daily rate is for a 24 hour period from noon the day of check out to the next day. Returns should be by noon of scheduled return date.
*Damage or Loss: Renter will be accessed for total replacement at current market rate, or total for repair cost.
*Unpaid Fee: Failure to pay accessed fees will result in a hold on renters college records or loss of deposit
