Get fit--stay fit

Download the Get Fit/Stay Fit brochure and fitness log. Through this Rec Sports program, you can earn points for all kinds of physical activities (not just exercise workouts but also gardening, mowing lawn, etc). Then you can turn turn in your accumulated points for cool stuff--water bottles, can coolers, t-shirts and sweatshirts, gym bags, and more.

 

Intercollegiate sports

Inver Hills cooperates with Dakota County Technical College in providing opportunities for students to participate in intercollegiate athletics. Visit www.goblueknights.com.

Outdoor Center

The Inver Hills Community College Outdoor Center Program, operating as a component of the Office of Recreational  Sports & Activities, provides a variety of outdoor opportunities that are instructional, recreational, social and service oriented. Student, faculty and staff, with varying levels of experience, are encouraged to participate in all areas of the Outdoor Center Program. Click here for more information

 

Summer Camps and Leagues

Summer Camps and Leagues are offered every summer at Inver Hills for junior and senior high students. Girls (grades 7-12) may participate in a four-day volleyball camp. Boys (grades 6, 7, 8) are offered a seven-week-long basketball league (games once weekly on Mondays in 2007).

Leagues are set up on an intramural basis so the participants can play for fun.
