Federal grants that offer from $400 to $3,750 per year based on financial need. Apply using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Eligibility is based on financial need and enrollment status.
The allocation of FSEOG funds is at the discretion of Inver Hills CC. The awarding of these funds is based on need and application date. Award amounts vary up to $800. Apply through the FAFSA. Only students eligible for a Pell grant are eligible to receive a FSEOG.
This is a state program based on financial need. Students apply for this grant by using the FAFSA. This grant is available every term including summer sessions.
Starting in 2003-2004 deadlines for applications for Minnesota State Grants have changed. Applications must be received by the Federal Processing Center no later than 14 days after the start of the term for which the student is seeking the grant.
This state program provides child care assistance to Minnesota residents wishing to attend a college or university. Students may not be receiving AFDC/MFIP. The maximum grant is $2,600 per child per year that meet the income and eligibility guidelines. Students must have applied for financial aid using the FAFSA. Applications are available in the Office of Financial Aid.
