Inver Hills Recreational Sports offers a comprehensive program of quality recreation and wellness activities. These include both team and individual intramural, extramural and club sports competition in such events as basketball, volleyball, softball, tennis, flag football, golf, soccer, weightlifting and ice hockey. The Fitness Center consists of two areas, one area with free weights and a fitness center containing 14 Nautilus weightlifting and cardio machines. Download the Get Fit/Stay Fit brochure (pdf document) and fitness log. Through this Rec Sports program, you can earn points for all kinds of physical activities (not just exercise workouts but also gardening, mowing lawn, etc). Then you can turn in your accumulated points for cool stuff--water bottles, can coolers, t-shirts and sweatshirts, gym bags, and more.
