How to configure Outlook to directly attach to your work mail account securely.
Go to Tools > Account Setting. On the E-mail tab highlight Microsoft Exchange. Click "Change".
In the "Change E-mail Account" box click More Settings. Click the Connection tab. Check the "Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP" box.
Now click Exchange Proxy Settings. Type oes.inverhills.mnscu.edu in the URL box. Check both the "On fast networks" and "On slow networks" boxes. In the drop down box for Proxy Authentication settings choose basic.
Click on the Tools menu and select Options. Select the Other Tab and make sure that Auto Archiving is turned off and click the check box so your deleted items folders is emptied when exiting Outlook.
Restart Outlook and login in with ihcc\username.
