College is an opportunity to find out what is important to you. Take the opportunity to make new friends, explore new ideas, take exciting classes and have fun being a student. The experience you gain in every single class is priceless.

Favorite things about Inver: The nine different buildings are in a perfect location in Inver Grove Heights. The layout of the campus is a unique touch. The glass decoration in the Fine Arts Building is beautiful. Additionally, the students and staff are welcoming.
Something you’ll always find in my office: Because I love tea a lot, you are going to find tea in my office. Also, you will find many books.
A little more about Javier: I finished my high school in México and I completed my Associate in Arts, Liberal Arts at Minneapolis Community and Technical College. From there, I transferred to the University of Minnesota to complete my bachelors in Applied Economics with a minor in Spanish Studies. I like to keep active. I play basketball a lot, about seven hours per week. I like to ride mountain bikes and I love to cook authentic Mexican food.
