D3M (Doug Differt Difference Makers)

The D3M initiative is a unique program linking students, IHCC and DCTC and the transportation construction industry. Scholarships are awarded each year for students in the engineering, civil technology, construction management and heavy equipment maintenance programs at IHCC and DCTC, and students make important connections to the industry with many internship opportunities offered by industry partners. The first of its kind, TuitionMatch is a student tuition savings match program for low- and middle-income students at Inver Hills. For many students, TuitionMatch means the difference between a bright future and one filled with uncertainty. It is a great program to provide funds for tuition and financial management workshops to help reach education goals.

Your gift will support the work of the Foundation and students savings for TuitionMatch.

The result: more dollars invested to make sure low-income, working Minnesotans are one step closer to earning a college degree with minimal debt.
