Math Study/Homework Help

Whenever you enter the Math Center for help, please sign in on a Learning Center sign-in computer. If you're not sure what to do, ask a Learning Center staff member for assistance.

Besides doing math homework or studying math in the Math Center, you can work with math software like Maple and Minitab in the center’s Computer Lab. Check with a Learning Center staff member to learn how to access the software.

Some math instructors have offices adjacent to the Math Center. You can check posted schedules to see your instructor’s office hours or Math Center times.

Resources for Students

The Math Center has a wide variety of mathematics books that you can use for reference. The center also provides solutions manuals, study guides, tests and answer keys as well as a variety of math equipment, including graphing calculators, which are available for on-site use.

Math videos and CD-ROMs are available for most math courses and can be checked out for two hours or overnight from the Inver Hills Library.
