DARS is an acronym for Degree Audit Reporting System. DARS is the leading, degree audit software that allows students to assess degree progress. A DARS report shows all of the requirements needed to receive a degree, and which courses are used to satisfy those requirements. If you submit official transcripts from schools that you previously attended, the Enrollment Center will evaluate your prior coursework for transfer into your degree at Inver Hills. Once evaluated, your transfer credits will show on your DARS report, which can be viewed online and printed. DARS is a self-advising tool that greatly simplifies the preparation of student transfer and graduation. It is an automated process for tracking your academic progress toward completing your degree at Inver Hills.
Your DARS report can be viewed online by following these steps:
If you believe additional transfer credits could be used toward your degree, please print off and complete the Course Substitution/Waiver Request form.
