Summer Bridge

Every summer, TRIO offers Summer Bridge, a transitional experience for recent high school graduates who will be new incoming TRIO students. Summer Bridge includes workshops and conversations preparing students for college success, outdoors activities, a variety of community-building events, and opportunities for participants to meet staff, faculty, student mentors, and other students and get familiar with campus prior to the start of the fall semester.

Summer Bridge is completely free to students. To be eligible, students must be recent high school graduates, enrolled as a degree-seeking student at Inver Hills, eligible for TRIO, and have applied for financial aid for the fall semester.

Summer Bridge 2021 has concluded. Check back on this page in early 2022 for updates regarding Summer Bridge 2022.
