Improving student experience

The Technology & Business Center has not been remodeled since it was first built, in the early 1970s. The building is outdated, with over $6.5 million in deferred maintenance. The 2021 bonding request will provide flexible state-of-the-art learning environments for STEM, paralegal, business and accounting programs.

This critical project will:

  • Create 15 flexible technology-adapted classrooms
  • Create four specialized CNT classrooms to connect to the Networking Lab
  • Connect the Business Center to Heritage Hall
  • Remodel restrooms to current codes and ADA standards
  • Improve the learning environment
