CliftonStrengths for Students

Everyone has talent – things that are as natural to you as breathing. Because they are so natural, we often don’t even recognize these things as talents. We are here to help you discover those talents, find the language to talk about them, and the tools to invest in your talents.

Dominant American workplace culture tells us that if we just work hard enough on our weaknesses, we will eventually achieve success. Positive psychology and decades of research by Gallup challenge that assumption by saying that we will achieve success when we invest in our talents.

Gallup finds that just 39% of college grads are engaged at work. And only 11% are thriving in all five elements of their well-being. When we have the opportunity to use our strengths every day, we are more likely to be engaged in work and in our other life arenas.

Ready to learn about your natural talent?

Contact Shannon Williams to request a code to take the online CliftonStrengths for Students assessment.

You can take the assessment from your own device, on your own time.
