In human anatomy class, we learned about muscle physiology. We’re curious how warmup can affect time to fatigue compared to no warmup. We designed study to test muscle fatigue in wrist flexor muscles by squeezing socks in 20 second intervals. Our poster will determine if warmup exercise increases fatigue resistance. |

Hydration is important in preventing muscle fatigue by regulating fluid balance, body temperature, and flushing out waste. Retinitis pigmentosa is an inherited eye disorder that affects the retina, causing vision loss and eventual blindness. Retinitis pigmentosa typically starts with night blindness and progressive loss of peripheral vision, followed by central vision impairment. There is currently no cure, but treatments and support are available to manage the symptoms. |
