Bio
Elsbeth serves as Development Director at the Inver Hills Community College Foundation. She is responsible for fundraising, grant writing, event planning, the alumni association and scholarship administration at Inver Hills Community College. Elsbeth believes that everyone should have access to an affordable college education and that Inver Hills Community College transforms, inspires and empowers students. She develops relationships with alumni and community members that create meaningful and rewarding engagement at the college.
Before Inver Hills, Elsbeth served as Executive Director at Students United, an advocacy and scholarship nonprofit organization for Minnesota state university students. The majority of her career has been in higher education, and her positions have included lobbyist, instructor and student senate advisor. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in philanthropic studies from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
